More and more often I find myself traveling with just a carry-on, which means I need my toiletries to be repackaged into something that holds less than 3.5 oz in accordance with TSA requirements (I tend to buy my products in bulk, so I always have to repackage them for travel). These 2 oz cosmetic containers work perfectly for the items that are a bit thicker (like creams). The plastic is thin but somewhat flexible, so it's less likely to crack and more likely to just bend if it's pressed on or encounters differing air pressure.
