This has been a lifesaver for me, so much so, I've bought 2 more since my initial purchase. Very user friendly. Doesn't get hot. It's very compact so you can easily take place to place. I have it connected to the back of my computer and anytime I need to use something on my computer that uses USB, like a flashdrive I just plug it in here. It eliminates so many things needing to be plugged in the back of my computer. I use one on my desktop and my laptop then keep one on me. The design is excellent.
