Acelitt Womens Straight Leg Elastic Waist Corduroy Pants with Pockets S-2XL

My husband picked these up for me and I wasn't sure what to expect based on the reviews. Overall, I'm happy with them. The fabric has a nice weight to it, it's not that thin, lightweight corduroy. It's soft and the pants seem to be made well. The red is a beautiful shade of maroon and I absolutely adore it. I'm in between sizes so I wasn't sure what size to order since all my weight is in my bottom half (I'm 5'3", 185 lbs, 34"W, 46" hips). I went with L and probably could've sized up to make them drape and be baggier but they're fine. The length is perfect. These pants are not the same as pictured. They are straight legged pleated pants.. the ones I received do not have the stitching like the picture and definitely not the same fit. It wasn’t the sizing it’s the actual cut that is not correct. Read more

I ordered the size specified in the manufacturer's images. This was the same size Amazon recommended based on my purchasing history. They fit very comfortably. They are not at all as "barrel shaped" as would seem from the image with the model. The crotch is lower than jeans would be but not awkward, not ill-fitting. I am 5' 7", about 125-130 lbs., and this is the size M. They are a bit shorter than I prefer my pants to be, but I think they will be fine with booties, and I think they look great rolled up. I have no "caboose" and the pants are comfortable on me; if you are *very* curvy in your derriere, these might not suit you, but they'd be worth a try. They are so comfortable and soft. If I was told they were cotton, I would believe it. They're not see-through or flimsy-feeling. I like that the elastic back waist can be hidden with a belt. For pleated corduroys (with which one runs the risk of looking larger than one is) I think the fit is actually flattering. I think the price is slightly high for fabric that is not composed of natural materials (hence four stars instead of five), and the model photo is misleading, but I'm very, very pleased with these and they will get a lot of use this fall. They are great going-out-for-coffee or to-the-pub trousers. Looking forward to pairing them with a vintage, close-fitting sweater, a tweed blazer, and some Born booties. These pants are cute. I can see them being a regular in my rotation. Do I wish they were a little longer? Yes! I'm 6 ft tall, 136 lbs, and this is a size Large, and longer is always better. But I'd still roll them up and wear them the same way. The fabric is soft and has a deep corduroy pile -- not the super-thick, noisy pile that makes a sound as your legs brush against each other. I took off a star because the pants don’t match the picture and not what I expected. The pants in the picture in the description at the top of the page have NO pleats, a change pocket, some stitching at the knee, and are baggie. The pants I received are straighter, less baggie, and have pleats. I would have preferred the baggier version, but I’m keeping them because they fit and look okay. Read more

These are adorable and actually fit well even though I bought the smaller size. I usually wear medium and i bought small for some strange reason. They fit but i was hoping for the models look and i ended up with more of a dressy look that i paired with a cashmere top and loafers. It actually looked very nice and put together.
