This is a very good travel adapter, which worked very well in Europe. The plug fits well in the power receptacle. The product appears to be well-made and of high quality. One of the USB-C outlets delivers full power for my laptop, and the two others are sufficient for phones. There is also a USB-A outlet on the side, but it is more for auxiliary devices. My wife bought this device for our recent UK and mainland Europe trip while I went with a competitor brand. Overall it's a very solid device. The 5 USB ports (including 3 USB-C) are really useful when you're traveling with multiple devices - we could charge both our phones, tablets, and other gadgets all at once without any issues. The adapter worked flawlessly across the UK and mainland Europe, switching between plug types was easy, and the build quality feels solid. I particularly like the orange unlock button on the side that needs to be pressed in order to retract the adapter prongs. This felt like a nice safety feature. Overall, it did exactly what it said on the tin. A couple of downsides...firstly, there's a light on the front of the adapter that stays on when it's plugged in, and at night in a dark hotel room, it's surprisingly bright. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely not desirable. Secondly, my competing adapter had a retractable USB-C cable built in, which was really convenient. This Acer adapter doesn't have that feature - just the ports. Not a huge issue, but worth noting if you're comparing options.
