Tried constantly for 3 weeks. I Brushed first with this product then regular toothpaste after. I brushed my teeth twice a day but added the powder to the morning brush. I Got my first cavity in 15 years. I have excellent teeth despite the color and I have been doing the same routine for many many years and I know the cause of the cavity was not me being negligent in my brushing or dietary issues. I have only used this twice so I cannot yet say how it does for whitening. It does feel like it cleans your teeth. It does not have an unpleasant taste, and really no taste at all. It is fine powder so not too gritty. I would read the instructions/precautions on the jar: 1. Watch the residue on the counter/sink because it will linger, 2. Follow with brushing/rinsing as it will remain between the teeth. I will continue using as part of my routine. Read more
