Was nervous when looking for a good tape , I've tried so many , all comparable but all so different. Well I think I finally found my go to when it comes to tape. You get three colors and packaging makes all the difference, they come with actual plastic around edges instead of a small sticker keeping it from being unraveled. So that means no threading or edges not sticking cause they were exposed and so it actually stays where you put it and holds, I yet to have a blister reaction from the glue, I would def recommend this product. I’m not sure if it’s just because I’ve been using this on my abdomen and I have stretch marks from pregnancy, but the tape does lose adhesion especially in the corners after a day or so. I don’t sweat from my abdomen a lot either so it’s a bit of a bummer it doesn’t last two days without the edges pulling up. The bright side of this is that if you have more sensitive skin it will be less painful/easier to remove. I need something stronger I suppose since I want to be able to wear for at least 48 hours in between changing out tapes for convenience. If you switch tapes daily, this is a great value for the cost Read more
Good adhesion, good durability, good elasticity. Great value for the price. Not the best ever in any performance category, but above average in all. Would buy again Read more
Did great. I was worried the glue was going to be subpar, but nope, holds fine. And was a great price. Read more

Update: I’m leaving my initial review because some may have less sensitive skin than me. I’ve used this a few times in addition to a strip of trans tape to help when binding with a chest binder. It DOES work, and I’ve had no issues with it peeling too soon even after5-6 days with daily showers. However, when I’m ready to take it off to let my skin breathe for a day, it’s rough. I leave oil on it like all the other tapes, but it still leaves a TON of sticky residue. This wouldn’t be a problem on like a knee or elbow where the skin isn’t as sensitive, but the skin under breasts can be tender. Even after 24 hrs of it being gone and me rubbing the residue away, I can still see where it’s just a bit too rough for my skin. Sticks great, but just a bit too tough on my skin 😞 I'm using this tape as an alternative to something like trans tape for chest binding. I don't use this (or any) tape to completely bind, but usually only use a single strip in addition to a binder to help with breasts sagging/moving during the day. It's of course only 2" wide so if you're using it as your only method of binding you will need multiple strips. It also does NOT come with nipple guards, so if chest binding you'll need to have some on hand already or make some from this tape. I typically wear 1-2 strips of normal trans tape for 3-5 days which is what this tape is rated for as well. It came with good directions for how to tear the backing in different areas depending on how you're going to tape your body. Obviously pink blue and black aren't quite "skin tones", but as long as you have a non-white/non-sheer tank top over your chest no one should be able to see the color of the tape. At this price I feel it's a great deal, especially to those who want to try binding but don't want to spend a lot to start. Best if you have a smaller chest and are planning on this being your only method of binding (not using with a chest binder) Be sure to round the corners if you plan to wear while showering to help prevent the tape peeling easier, and when you're ready to take it off USE OIL!! I use regular coconut oil from the grocery store, smear it on and wait at least 8 mins, then it comes off leaving no residue or hurting my skin. Read more

We have used other brands of kinesio tape in the past but decided that we would try out the Adamson tape. What we found is that it performs similarly to other high quality brands of tape. The Adamson tape can be a bit fiddly to apply -- it really likes to stick to itself!. For best results, remove the backing as you apply it so as to minimize the amount of adhesive that is exposed at any given time. For some applications, this may not be possible and then you just have to be very careful to try and avoid allowing the adhesive to contact other parts of the tape when you don't want it to. Once applied, the tape is very comfortable. It works great for reducing swelling and providing some support. It should be noted that, because it is elastic, it will not provide the level of support that a brace or non-elastic tape will provide. It is thin and does conform well to the curves of your joints so it can be worn under a brace (or under socks and shoes). If the adhesive is fully activated by rubbing, I found that the adhesive will hold very well for extended periods of time. And, as mentioned, it sticks REALLY well to itself. I found that often I had to cut it off because that was easier than getting the tape to unstick from itself. The tape cuts easily so you can size it according to your needs and cut fingers into it if needed. (I always round the corners of my tape so that there aren't corners that inadvertently peel up when you don't want them to.) All-in-all, I found that this tape performed very well. Read more
