Put it up 2 weeks ago. So far it’s good. I’ll have to wait until temperatures get really high and see if it stays up. 👍🏻 Read more
I have an older Prius and its TPMS system wasn't monitoring anymore (the batteries in the wheels sensors ran out of juice). I could have replaced the batteries in the wheel sensors but at a cost well over hundreds per wheel to do that I opted to just get an aftermarket system from Amazon - which actually works better than the factory one did anyway. It came with a rubber pad to keep it in place on the dashboard, but over time the pad no longer stayed put. The unit stayed put on the pad, but the pad on the dash... not so much. This was a very cost-effective way to keep that rubber pad in place and keep the tpms unit from randomly relocating itself when going around corners. This may not be a very large sticky pad, but it was more than big enough for what I needed, and if it had been too large I could have either ordered the smaller size or trimmed it down with scissors. I have not as yet seen any degradation with regards to either the car sitting in the hot sun or being outside on cold nights. Much like the more expensive Minnesota company's products, I expect this will likely outlast the car (a 2008 with over 200k miles). If not, then there's the other three pads in the set to replace it but I don't think they'll be needed - at least not for this use. Even ordering this (at the whopping price of ~$7) I'm still way better off financially than I would have been spending the big bucks to replcae the batteries in my wheel sensors and I'm happy I have these. I really hope when I got this stickies because they said they would work well for putting your dash mounted cell phone holder and would keep it attached. However, this is not the case. Although it will stick very nicely to the dash the minute I put my cell phone holder on it. It would fall off after about 30 minutes of driving around. Therefore, what I ended up doing was leaving it attached to the dash putting super glue under the attaching point of the cell phone holder and then waiting another 24 hours before I used it and it worked very well. It’s a good product and maybe it just didn’t like my weight and such of my cell phone holder. Read more
I wasn’t sure what to expect from these adhesive pads as I thought they may damage my wood shoe tree, but they turned out to be exactly what I needed. My old suction cup baseball cap holder would not stick to the wood shoe tree because the wood is too porous. These 3" sticky pads completely solved that problem. Real-World Performance I also used one of the pads to reattach my phone mount to the dashboard and it’s held firm for a few days now, even in warm 70* weather. There is no slipping, no peeling, even on bumpy roads or in hot weather. The grip is seriously impressive. I also tried one on the windshield just to test it and it stuck just as well. Easy to Use Installation was super simple. I cleaned the surface (eg, phone mount suction cup, etc), peeled the YELLOW backing, pressed it down, and let it sit for a few hours before attaching the mount to the desired location (e.g., window, dashboard) (NOTE: must peel RED backing before attaching to desired location). That’s it. No mess, no tools, no frustration. Versatile and Handy I love that it comes with four pads. I used one for my car, and I have used one inside for my shoe tree, and I still have 2 extras for future use. They’re a great backup to keep around. I even used one to stick a small hook to the wall in my garage and it’s still holding strong. Reuse Apparently you can peel these off and clean and then restick. No need to do this yet. We shall see... Note that doing this will reduce the adhesiveness of the backing according to others. Final Thoughts If you’re tired of your phone holder (or suction cup for whatever) falling off the surface, these adhesive pads are a game changer. They’re strong, easy to use, and work exactly as promised. Definitely worth it. Read more

When I ordered these mounting tapes, I thought they were the plastic discs that you put on your dash or windshield that the suction cup sticks to. I didn't realize that they were actually tape to "fix" a bad suction cup. I got them because they say they can be removed with no leftover residue. As I don't throw anything away, I dug up an old suction cup mount that no longer worked. I set it on the edge of the mounting tape and traced it. I cut the mounting tape to size and followed the instructions. So far so good. My Android Auto unit hasn't pulled the mount off of the base yet. The real test will be when I take it off road. I also stuck a leftover piece to the base I'm using. I left it on for about 8 hours. I was able to peel it off without any residue left on the base. I don't know if the same thing will happen after sitting in the Arizona sun for a few months but for the initial test, it worked. Overall, I like these mounting tapes. Time will tell how they hold up in the Arizona sun though. Read more

Exact replacement pad for your phone mount. This is great for old mounts that get dried out due to heat and sun damage. The shape and size fits most mounts of this style and it is a simple but effective way to keep using a mount that is no longer sticking. Read more
