The 2.0 is for someone with a higher head profile. It will still feel lower that what normal hats you have. This is a good hat for outdoor activities, has 50sph to block the sun as opposed to standard hats 5 - 10 sph. I'm getting into running and usually run with different hats. I'm trying to make the run as easy as possible and optimize my running and this hat does that. It's light, blocks sun and the straps don't create an indent in my head like the snap on hats I have.
