These shorts are perfect for running or any outdoor sporting activity. They are nicely made out of quality materials and fit true to size. My wife found them to be very comfortable and wearable for the entire day. The shorts are nicely colored and designed. She has always been a fan of Adidas clothing, but these particular shorts seem even higher than Adidas typical high standards. These are very nice shorts for running. They fit true to size and are not see through. They include a small gathering in the back of the bottom of the legs that provide for modesty. These are mid-thigh fit (may or may not be an issue, but it's what they are) shorts with zipper pockets (handy) in black and white. Unfortunately, the stitching on the white stripes and logo are quite uncomfortable and the base fabric also isn't very nice. This is according to a hockey player, though. So, for footballers, it might all feel perfectly normal. These are likely going to be relegated to the "I have absolutely nothing else to wear" pile, but I can see them being fine for people who are accustomed to this cut and material. (Said hockey player normally wears shorter or longer shorts and spandex/jersey/soft poly materials—this is a confluence of factors which make this pair of shorts really not for them.) Only knocked off a single star because from my own examination of them (and her modeling) I don't feel that they're overly a problem. But she's not inclined to put them on and that's enough to drop this to a 4. Not recommended for someone looking for short or long shorts. (These are mid-length.) Not recommended for anyone looking for soft fabric. (These are more scratchy than other materials.) Recommended for anyone who does want a mid-thigh fit and doesn't mind rougher material. These Adidas Women's Tiro 25 Essentials Shorts shipped and arrived as expected (4 days). These shorts are a great fit, come with zipper pockets, a hidden drawstring waist, and a perfect fit. I purchased a small and they fit great. The material and craftsmanship are high quality, and are extremely comfortable. I got this Adidas Women's Tiro 25 Essentials Shorts for my daughter. The small size fits very well for her 5'1 and 125lb frame. They are mid-length and look good on her. She sometimes prefers shorter shorts, but she said these were fine for general wear and very comfortable. These shorts have zipped pockets, which is a nice touch, especially if one was playing soccer and running around so as not to have things fall out of them. They are your typical athletic shorts material. At $30, they are a bit pricy, so I'd recommend wait for a sale. Read more

I got these as a gift for my sister for Christmas, and she loved them. Adidas is a solid brand and these were up to snuff. She really liked that they have pockets that zip, which most shorts don’t. She said the small fit like a “big small” but they still fit overall. She’s 5’4 and about 140 pounds. They are a good length, and seem good quality/breathable. They are comfortable and not see-through. I am giving 5 stars because the quality is good and they are definitely worth the $30. Read more
