My CPAP full face mask is was sealing but I had to keep it cinched very tight, which was uncomfortable. Being a side sleeper the mask would pull to one side from resting on the pillow so I found myself trying to sleep perched on the edge. Spotted this pillow and decided to give it a try. Although it is thinner that my current foam pillow I found it is very comfortable sleeping on my back. Because it has the cutouts on the each side, I can sleep on my side and the mask itself does not contact the pillow. It feels perfectly normal and my head is supported and I don't feel like I am "falling" into the cutout at all. Plus, when I roll over, I don't have think about it as the cutout is in just the right place. I have the large size and have to say I am really pleased with how comfortable it is and how well it performs! It did have a slight "new" odor when it came out of the bag but after a few hours I couldn't smell it at all and slept on it the first night. Highly recommend this pillow for anyone with CPAP issues. Actually exceeded my expectations. I have been struggling with pillows since I started wearing a cpap in 2017 and have spent so much money on different softnesses, feeling like Goldilocks, always ending up disappointed until this one.
