I’ve never had a weighted vest, but I was glad to get to try this one through the Vine program since I’ve been thinking about getting one. I’m a female in my 40s, worrying about my bone strength, and we all know that weight-bearing exercise is very important for bone health. However, I prefer aerobic exercise and don’t really like strength training. This vest allows me to do both at the same time! I wore it for a few hours the other day just doing things around the house - cooking, cleaning, tidying up. Tonight I wore it on a walk around the neighborhood with my family. It definitely felt like I was having to work harder than I do on a normal walk! I could even feel it working my shoulders! The vest itself weighs 4 lbs, and there are 6 separate, removable 1-lb weights - 3 on the front and 3 on the back. The weights are in a slick, slippery fabric, so they slide easily in and out of the neoprene-like vest. The weights on the front are behind a convenient mesh pocket that will be perfect for holding my phone and keys. (It was cold tonight, so the vest was under my coat, but this will be super helpful when it’s warm or hot out as I often don’t have pockets in my shorts to carry my phone.) You can see in the photo that the pocket is the whole width of the vest, so it will definitely hold larger phones, though mine is an iPhone 13 mini. The vest also has reflective tape on the straps, which is also great because most of my outside walks are done in the dark (too hot in the summer to go during the day, and it gets dark at 5PM in the winter). The straps are very adjustable, so this vest should fit most people. However, the shoulders are a fixed length, so it may feel like a short crop top on taller or larger people. I would definitely recommend this! Read more
I’ve been using this adjustable weighted vest for my workouts, and overall I’m really pleased with the quality and performance. It feels well‑made and sturdy, and the adjustable weights make it easy to tailor the resistance for walking, jogging, body‑weight exercises, and general fitness routines. The vest fits comfortably and the straps are easy to adjust, which makes it simple to put on and take off before and after workouts. The distribution of weight feels balanced, so it doesn’t shift around too much during movement, and I like that I can start lighter and increase as I get stronger. The material seems durable and easy to wipe clean after sweaty sessions, which is a nice plus. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 mostly because the weight pockets could be a bit easier to access/adjust while wearing, and some people may find the fit a bit snug depending on body type (so double‑check sizing before you buy). But those are fairly minor issues compared to how beneficial the vest is for adding intensity to workouts. Would recommend this for anyone looking to step up their fitness routine with weighted walking or strength training! Read more

I received this weighted vest through Amazon Vine, and while I wasn’t sure at first how well it would work for rucking, it’s actually convenient for both rucking and for providing proprioceptive deep-pressure stimulation. The design makes it easy to adjust and use in different ways depending on the need. What I Love Multiple weight options. The ironsand inserts make it easy to tailor the weight from light to challenging. Good proprioceptive pressure. Snug without feeling restrictive—great for grounding, sensory input, or calming routines. Comfortable fit. Even when fully loaded, it distributes weight well and doesn’t dig into shoulders. Secure adjustments. The straps help you keep it tight for movement or looser for deep-pressure sensory work. Versatile uses. Works for walking, light rucking, strength training, or therapeutic pressure. What to Know For intense rucking, a pack with a rigid plate might still be better, but this vest works well for lighter rucks. The ironsand inserts shift slightly during fast movement—totally fine for everyday walking or training. Final Thoughts This vest is convenient, adjustable, and versatile enough that I’ll use it for both rucking and proprioceptive deep-pressure stimulation. A great fit for walking, workouts, and grounding sessions. Good value Read more
