The bandana was easily tied (no velcro) and the necktie has a little stretch band to make it easy to use. The numbers for the crown were easy to affix on it too. I thought this was a fantastic little dog birthday ensemble and I would recommend it for other dog parents. We have a GSP - this was the large size, fits well for a big dog.
