Great Revolutionary Uniform
For the money, this is about as nice as I have found. I have seen uniforms for much, much more that were of lesser quality. This is a very nice, 4-piece set. The buttons on the pants, coat, and vests are all very nice. Now, the pants are lighter weight. Real authentic wool pants would be significantly more expensive. To make these look realistic... I mean very realistic, you'll need some dirt and then you won't be able to tell these from wool. However, I am very happy with the fit of these pants. I think they are true to size. The shirt and vest are very nice. They both fit well and are true to size. They jacket seems about a half size too big, but that's fine. It's much better than a half size too small. You will definitely want a steamer. I only plan on spot washing this uniform if I can help it. My son's wife helps write musicals that are shown throughout the Dallas Ft Worth area from depicting eras from the mid-1700's to mid 1800's. This will be most excellent for use for their musicals.
