This blender is powerful. Due to tooth extraction needed to blend all my food. I love almonds and walnuts and with some water makes them into a smoothie. Clean up is easy. One of my best Amazon purchases--ever. Here's why. I have a lot of chronic illnesses, so I decided that I need to transition back to veganism, after trying other diets that did not work for me like carnivore (cholesterol shot up and kidneys started malfunctioning from all the protein. Yes, I know carnivore works for some, but it didn't work for me, so back to the review...LOL). When I was juicing back when I was vegan, I was doing it wrong--for a diabetic. After having a CGM, I learned what works for MY body. My body doesn't like sugar, carbs or meat (purine sensitivity). So what's a diabetic to do, especially for breakfast? Green juice, of course. Enter this blender. And when I say this was a game changer. This baby BLENDS AND LEAVES NO PULP, so you're getting the benefit of all the nutrients from the plants. Plus, there's no cleaning of pulp. Luv! This thing is an ABSOLUTE BEAST. There NO GRITTY TASTE at all. I've done juices, dressings, and soups, even dairy-free deserts--all come out smooth and delish. As a result, I'm cooking more at home, which is great for my health issues. One of my favorite drinks is cucumber, celery, tumeric and ginger. I've tried similar drinks in the Ninja and was left with a gritty taste. Not with this blender. CONS: (1) The main con is that it is LOUD. Now if you live in a home, this is not a problem. But for those of you who share walls, depending on how often and what time you blend, your neighbors might get a little mift and you. (2) There are only three settings (a) juice (b) smoothie (c) crush ice. While this sounds limited, you can pretty much do anything with those settings, just have to wing it until you get the hang of it. (3) It's not the prettiest thing on the block and kind of industrial looking, but it's a workhorse. Gets the job done effectively and efficiently. I was going to spend $600 on a Vitamix--after all, we're talking my health here. So glad I tried this product instead. This blender is a beast. My wife has begun making healthy juices. This thing pulverizes everything. There is no pulp, no grit, just juice. The biggest complaint from reviewers was noise and the carafe shakes a little. It is a blender, and powerful, it makes noise, not excessive. The carafe is "slightly" loose fitting. I watched this blender for about 6-7 months, monitoring the reviews before I made my purchase. I was tired of having to buy a new blender every 2-3 months due to burnouts when making my seamoss gel. Aeitto is DEFINITELY on it's way to being a chain competitor in the kitchen appliance world! This blender is POWERFUL 😮‍💨. I was able to make several batches of seamoss gel.. running the blender for about 30 minutes in total.. and it DID NOT overheat and blender my seamoss to a perfect applesauce texture, which says the blades are perfectly sharp.. I'M IN LOVE🥰. I have also used it to make tomato, onion, and mango soup flawlessly without the need to hear it on the stove. And I've chopped/diced several vegetables in it.. only takes about 2 seconds.. Y'all, I have a new kitchen best friend. The build feels luxurious! I am a retired US Air Force Chef and the build quality compares to the equipment we used in our industrial kitchens. It's the perfect size for larger families or small businesses.
