I ordered a small for my teenager (she’s usually a small-size 4 in lululemon leggings pictured). Aelfric Eden is what the kids are wearing these days. Now that it’s pumpkin season: fall knits have entered the chat. My teen thought this color combo was “so tuff” and giving Chromakopia Tyler vibes (iykyk, &if not it’s ok. Me too). Flaws and material different than advertised?

I am a fan of Aelfric Eden clothes and usually they quality is top notch. That was not the case with this sweater. It is oversized but not real oversized like some or other clothes they have. The white is a nice true white. It also comes with the nice tags with the quote and heart. It is very soft. However, it is not 100% cotton as advertised when I received this. It actually has no cotton at all. (See photo with fabric content.) In searching for the fabric and wash tag, I then saw a hole. (See 2 photos at end.). I am sure this was just an oversight on their side but it now is an issue for me. It is the size of a pea so it is very noticeable if you are looking in that area. Upon trying it on, I noticed 2 horizontal 1 foot snag lines on the front. I included photos but it is not as noticeable and evident as when you have it on. It is just not wearable with this. Again, I think this is just a lemon but feel I have to rate this based on what I received. Read more
