The quality of the material did not make for a comfortable fit at all, it was stiff and slightly itchy on my skin. The stiffness made the cardigan fit a bit awkward on me, like the style was working against me and not flowing with any outfit. The colors on this long sleeve cardigan match the photo and are exactly what I would expect from a navy cardigan. The zig zag details soften after the wash and become more scalloped, which I think improves the look. On the model, the cardigan looks almost cropped. I ordered up one size and I think it was the correct decision. Before washing, the fabric was very shiny but after washing, it fluffed up. The fit when sizing up is nice and gives me a bit of a sharp edge in my shoulders, which is slimming. It is a good buy at the price and I would buy several again when they wear out or pill beyond saving. Would recommend it for a classy, conservative look. My photo lighting is over exposed on purpose to show how the cardigan comes out after machine washing on cold, drying for 10 min only, and laying flat to dry. I would definitely steam or cool iron this before wearing it out. Read more
