These padded sports bras are well made. The material is very soft and breathable. They have plenty of stretch in the fabric. The pad inserts are not attached, so they can be adjusted through the small openings on the inside of the bra. Or they can be removed if they are not wanted. As for support, I did not feel they were very supportive. Nor did they help for shaping. The bras sort of just flattened my breasts, but not in an uncomfortable way at all. Then again, I'm 60+ years old and getting saggy, so it might not be any fault of the bras, lol. These bras are actually very comfortable to wear, just not much support for me. I do like that there is enough of a strip under my breasts that it held it's place nicely without wanting to roll up with my apple shaped midsection. Also these bras are very easy to put on and take off. That's a plus for me with arthritis! I ordered this set of five racerback bras in a size XXL, which is mostly my regular bra size when the sizing is listed in this type. I did look at the size chart and since I'm a 42 B or C (depending on the bra), it said I should get an XL. Sports bras often are really tight and hard for me to get on or off, so I went with what I normally would order. For the way these fit me with a good amount of stretch in the material, I think I would have been fine to actually have ordered their recommended XL size. Perhaps that is some of the reason for the ones I got not feeling very supportive. I really like these sports bras and definitely will recommend them. I would say their size chart is true to size, since the size I ordered ended up being perhaps a bit large for me, even though it is the size I often order for non-sports bras. The extra pads are what drew me to this model because I wanted a smooth look. These three bras arrived in good condition. I have washed them multiple times and they retain their shape and continue to provide the same support. The material of nylon and spandex is both soft and stretchy. The construction was excellent. I am a 34C and the medium size fit perfectly. The fit is very comfortable for multiple activities and not just for sports. I found the support and coverage substantially reduces bra bulging. It has very good support while not having excessive lines showing through. Having the removable pads as well as the right combination of comfort and support make this bra exceptional for me. These Racerback sports bras are great and you get five different colors with removable padding (which I took out because they look a bit wonky if you have bigger breasts than the padding) they have a great back detail to them and a V-neck. I’ve washed mine a few times and they’re super durable. They support nicely if you get the right size and they fit great. I love when sports bras come in assorted color packs. 5 packs are great especially if you are working out M-F. I don’t particularly like shopping for sports bras, but finding the right ones that support and fit comfortably is essential. These are a great pack. I find the fabric surprisingly soft to the touch, very stretchy and comfy, and quite supportive. I am on the fuller side of a 36C and the medium size of this product has been working well. I wear these for gym workouts and for yoga classes. I am not a runner so I cannot speak to how supportive these are for that specific exercise. I don’t like wearing these bras all day because over long periods of time I feel restricted. So I only use for workouts and they are great. All the colors are nice. The gray color is more of a darker charcoal color than I expected and I’m happy about that. Washing is easy in a mesh laundry bag in the washing machine with like colors. Always hang dry.
