Got this for my teenage athletes. They enjoy switching it up and creating small competitions with each other on different set ups. It's amazing! I've been able to do more pushups than I have in years! The only reason I give 4 stars is because the handles for the pushups do stick and won't come out unless you hold the board down. I have wrist pain when doing normal pushups which apparently affect my arms ability to do a pushup. But with this I'm able to do so many with ease and apparently I'm also working my ab muscles by doing them right, because my lower belly is sore the next day. Definitely recommend this pushup board. If you're tall like me (6'6) don't waste your time, the only positioning you'll be able to do is the handles on the outer most pegs and it's flimsy enough that that isn't even comfortable either. I can't imagine if I were even a few inches shorter that it would make much difference. Read more
I bought this as a birthday present for someone who I knew went to the local gym to work out fairly frequently. After opening and putting it together, which was pretty easy, I decided to try it out. The two sides have color coded holes so all one has to do is match up the handles with the correct color codes on both sides. I put the handles in and tried it out. surprisingly, when doing the pushups, the muscles that seem be working the hardest does correspond the what is printed on the boards. I think this is actually a really good piece of equipment, It seems sturdy and well built. Read more
