I'm going to keep this review as honest as can be. I ordered this neck massager in July. probably used it about 3 times but not consistently. When I went to use it a few weeks ago, the massager would not stay on for more than 5 seconds. As soon it felt the slightest touch it would shut off. Since my return window was already closed on amazon by this time, I reached out directly to the sellers via their messaging application. They immediately offered a resolution. We worked out a replacement and I am very satisfied with their service. I'm hoping this one will last me much longer than the first. I will most definitely update if otherwise. For the product: I hold a lot of my stress in my neck area starting at the lower part of my head down to my shoulders. This product has helped me decompress and unwind on the days I need it the most. It offers different pressure levels and with the straps it makes it easier to hold in place with out compromising the relaxation of the rest of my body. Read more

It’s not bad for the price, it’s lightweight, mobile, easy to store and instructions are clear. I like that you can put your hands in the holders and adjust how hard it presses on your shoulders. I don’t really care for the switch in direction though but great product! Read more
