I was pleasantly surprised by these thongs. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on- with only ONE problem. I am NOT a fan of arch support shoes. I have a really high arch and anything with arch support usually hits my foot in the wrong place and then I usually get a sore spot. These shoes do have an arch support, so I was a little skeptical. I wore them the first day and did not get the blister I expected, so that was a nice thing. I was especially surprised that these shoes fit my narrow feet nicely. They are not tight by any means, but at least my foot doesn't try to slide out of it. That is the problem I usually have with the wide shoes they make today. So, bottom line is, they are slightly narrow, comfortable and pretty too.... it's a win win for me! I got the black and they look really nice with jeans, slacks, dresses and shorts. I ordered 8 and 9 (sometimes I wear a 10) but the 8 fit best. This is my first sandal of this type in almost 15 years....mortens neuroma and a narrow foot made it impossible to find something that fit and wasn't painful to wear. I took a chance on these and this brand and wore them all over the house in pure comfort, then went outside. The first time my toes have been in a sandal in ....forever. I found 2 brands this summer and am thrilled I can wear sandals again. NOTE: other styles of this brand were still to large in the vamp. this one was lower. Read more

The sandals were beautiful. I loved the color and they appeared to be good quality. They had a comfortable footbed but the sandals were just too wide for me. I contacted the seller for a refund and was told a return label would be sent to me by USPS for a $1 fee. After weeks of waiting and numerous calls to Amazon and messaging the seller I gave up and paid $14 and some change to have the sandals returned. I will not purchase from this seller again. The sandals were very nice and I wish they would have fit but the time I spent on the phone and the numerous customer service personnel who told me they had the label on its way....ridiculous. I received my refund for the original purchase price but am out the shipping cost to return them. Read more

These are the best flip flops ever! I’m 75 years old. My feet hurt in every shoe or they burn on the bottom. Not these flip-flops. They are orthopedic with good arch support, soft smooth insole yet firm enough to keep your foot from hitting the floor. My podiatrist told me I have "extremely" high arches, and finding sandals with enough arch support is quite difficult. Most shoes which brag about their wonderful arch support fall way short of what I need. Then a friend introduced me to these, and they were comfortable straight out of the box. I now have 3 pairs in different colors of this style sandal. I love them that much. Living in Arizona means I can pretty much wear them year-round, and I do. The soles are firm but not hard, with enough give to make them comfortable but not so much they sag. The arches are exactly where I need them to be, extending to the middle of my foot and not just the edge, making them completely supportive. I barely notice them but know they're working because I can walk for miles in these shoes. My feet do not sweat in these, even in 115 degree heat. The bottoms of the soles don't slip and slide on smooth floors, and the straps keep them in place comfortably without too much "flip flop" noise. The deep heel pocket is comfortable, making them feel even more secure. Plus, they don't feel elevated, keeping my feet at a natural height, like being barefoot.
