So far this has worked well during a recent short power outage and for the initial charging cycle. The display worked well and the quality seems very high for the accessories, the wheels and handle for wheeling it is rugged. They give nice dust covers. The cable connecting the two units is very sturdy, well made and inserts well. The customer support for answering questions is responsive and clear. The owners manual is helpful for doing the periodic maintenance charge and discharge cycles. They want you to keep this only at a 50% charge for longer storage. If your having frequent outages and want to have it at more than 50% power for backup, the rule of thumb seems to be 80%/20%, i.e., only recharge to a max. of 80% and don't discharge it past 20% for LiFePO batteries. I will only tell how good this is after using for awhile and may repost my review if something negative happens, but what got me to purchase this was it having the best deal for adding more power, up to 10 KwH compared to other more recognizable brand names that for the price did not give as much capacity. It took awhile to research this, and I looked into Oupes, Jackery, Ecoflow and Anker, but this won out for me in terms of cost and all the videos I watched that gave favorable reviews of reliability from people who have been using it for several months. I only hesitated with how few sold on here compared to some of the better known brands, but then heard that it has been selling in the UK for some time and its more recently came to the US and thought I would give it a chance. Their 7 year warranty is about the best there is, just hope they stand behind that after that long. I was a little worried about the noise level as one review said when the cooling fan came on it had higher decibels than Ecoflow or Jackery but it didn't bother me like I thought it might. Read more

Runs my entire RV, I don't run the Air Conditioners but it will turn one on. Good unit, plenty of power, definitely need to get the expansion battery for my application for night time use but I have 4x445w JA Solar (Series to Parallel) panels going in and it recharges lightning fast, runs any appliances I want to throw at it. App interface could use a little more branding but it does the basics of what I need it to do and gives me the info I need. I would be nice to see the split of Solar DC/Wall AC power input as separate not combined and for those wondering, below 70% battery full allows dual charging, after 70 it strictly pulls from the wall power as charge/ups. All in all good unit but yes I will be needing the expansion battery. Also be sure to get the extended warranty because Aferiy will give the 5m solar cable extensions or the car 12 charger adapter as a gift so get those! I have made videos in the past so if Aferiy sees this and would like to collaborate Id be willing to do so as this set up will be hitting the high desert soon in the off grid. While this is a very basic set up, do your own research and make sure the panels you get are going to work for your volts and amps and make sure you have the correct in line 20 amp solar disconnect switch for those panels. The Screen on my P310 was having problems immediately after it's 1st use. Segments of the Digital Display were darker than others or completely out and therefore very difficult to read. The Bluetooth App gave me the info I needed to test the unit further but the inconvenience of NOT being able to read the display poses a Huge Inconvenience. Therefore the 3 Stars. Knocking off 2 Stars just for that may seem a little Harse since everything else seems to work as advertised but... Not having the screen working Sucks. I did contact Aferiy via email and they did reply promptly to my issue requesting further info. The requested info was provided but then after a week now.. Nothing. Since the Unit was purchased through Amazon, I'm Strongly considering returning it through Amazon while I still Hopefully Can... I purchased the Unit due to all it's Great Features and pricing but living with a Faulty Display is a No Go for me. If I do get Aferiy Support Resolution to the problem soon, I'll post the result and Upgrade the Stars. P.S. Do I Recommend This Unit? : Minus the Display Problem: Yes... Update: Saturday, 14 June 2024 I emailed Aferiy Support after a week as stated above and they did reply the following day. They offered to replace the unit or have someone come out to fix it. Both good options in my book since I really like the unit. Availability of a replacement wasn't going to be until July but getting someone out to fix it could happen immediately. My Choice. Fortunately (or not), I moved the unit yesterday 'Friday' and the Screen started working again. Magic Right?! OK. Maybe not really but... My guess is a loose connection to the screen caused the problem and the movement of the unit made a good connection once again. I did email Support once again with this info and will await a response ie Replace, Fix or Nothing... In either case, due to the Very Good Support and the P310 just being a Really Good Power Station in my book, I'm upgrading my Star count from 3 to a 5 Star Rating ... Read more
