I'm wearing this skirt right now with the matching top. Of all my Agan Trader's clothes, I think this skirt is my favorite. I bought it in silver and I'm thinking about buying it in other colors as well. I get a ton of compliments! It's unusual and eye-catching. The material is so soft and comfortable and its just moves about you in luxurious waves because it's so full. The embroidery is well done, not haphazard like a lot of things made in China. It's obviously crafted with care and pride. The bottom is slightly see-through which really is lovely. I can't say enough good things about this skirt. I don't have the words to describe, you'll just have to buy it and try it on to see what I mean. They are long and I'm short. I'm only 4'11 and even in my 5" heels I have to roll this skirt once at the waist so it's not on the ground. That's fine though since the waist isn't bulky and holds in place when you roll it. Hemming it is out of the question because you'll loose the elaborate design of the skirt. Other than the length (the measurements are on the listing page so I knew it would be long, no complaints there) it fits perfect. The waist can be adjusted with the drawstring and the hips are free flowing so unless you have huge hips you shouldn't have any problems. I'm 34-26-34 and a small fits perfect. Even if you're a larger person, though, I think this skirt will be very flattering. I recommend this skirt to everyone! Read more

This is even more beautiful than I thought it would be based on the picture! I ordered this for a Renaissance faire after an order fell through on a different app because the person could not make one to fit my size, even though there were no size restrictions in the details. Anyways, I found this beauty, and I'm more than pleased that the other fell through! I can't wait to wear it Great quality of material as well. Read more

The details are hard to see in a photo. Very pretty. I have a 31 inch waist and the s/m was too tight for my liking. Will return. Read more

Beautiful skirt, purchased to wear as dress for a renfair. Too long to wear as a skirt for me at 5'2. A little overpriced but I am happy with the product, I was a little worried I might be hot in something this long in the summer but it feels very airy and breathes well Read more

This skirt is very comfortable. It's surprisingly long. I am 5' 8" and I have to roll the waist up so I don't trip on the bottom. The skirt has a draw string so I can tighten the waistband. It does run somewhat large. I usually wear a 1X but I ordered a 2X/3X because the reviews said it runs small, I disagree. I hope this helps others who are considering this skirt. Read more

It's a bit too long for petites like me (5'3") but I'll shorten it at the waistband. Would not want to shorten the hem as it swishes and flows so prettily as designed! Waist size is fine...I'm just short, that's all. Read more

I LOVE all the clothes Agan Trader sells, but this might be the best skirt they've sold me yet! Dress it up with a peasant blouse or one of the WONDERFUL blouses they sell in this line (several come in matching silver), or dress it down with a t-shirt or a funky tank top. Expect lots and lots of twirl! Makes you want to go sing on a mountain top like Julie Andrews. Read more

The size I ordered (2x/3x) fits a little smaller than I expected. This is definitely a 2x or Women's 20/22, mostly because of the elastic band, which is a little tight and quite wide. It is a sturdy elastic band. The material is heavy but quite cool--it's not a winter skirt and should be reasonably comfortable in summer weather (though probably not in anything over 90-deg F, unless you're heat intolerant, and then probably not over 80-deg F). I'd been wearing this to work in 20-deg weather and it was definitely not warm enough. The lowest panel is a fine mesh lace. The fabric feels great, is has wonderful drape, and the color of the purple skirt is a rich, royal purple that the photo just doesn't do justice. I'm giving this a low rating for one rather significant reason--the construction is delicate. The skirt is made up of different panels sewn together. On the second time I wore it, one of the seams at the lower panels ripped open for about 9 inches. I'm going to have to mend it, but it tore at the satin-like panel, and experience with those sorts of fabrics has taught me that they have a tendency to tear very easily. I'd originally thought I might order a second skirt, but it's not worth the price to me. Read more
