The media could not be loaded. The sound can get pretty loud, loud enough that others can hear it. I took video 1 foot away. In the video I start at the loudest volume then gradually lower it until the lowest volume that’s before mute. As you can see it can be heard very clearly a foot away on the loud setting and not at all on the lowest. I bring the phone video closer to the speaker of the glasses at the end to show that even though you can’t hear it at a distance, it’s definitely still playing. With that said, the warehouse I work at can get pretty loud and I have to max out the volume to hear it over all of the machinery. Also will note that you shouldn’t expect amazing bass or anything if you’re playing music. With the discounts this was $28 US and at that price I’m definitely satisfied with it (pretty sure I spent that much the last time I got fast food). I didn’t get it for the translation, AI or note taking features. I solely got this to be able to listen to music at work without having earbuds blocking my ear canal all shift. I have all kinds of headphones, bone conduction and earbuds but I just wanted cheap dedicated headphones that don’t scream “im completely distracted” to coworkers. The fit is much bigger than my blue light glasses. The frame is wide and thus the arms are wider set. And the arms don’t feel snug they are easily resisted so they kinda feel like they flair out. I wish they weren’t so loose because I can’t pull them up on my head without the arms flailing out failing to keep my hair back. It’s not satisfying to sit these on your head feels too loose. They feel kinda heavy on the bridge of my nose so not something I forget I’m wearing by the end of the day but I can still wear them all day just fine. I work 10 hour shifts sometimes and these haven’t died on me yet somehow with intermittently playing music especially if I have the volume low and my phone on me. I haven’t had any issues with Bluetooth dropping or not connecting but again my phone is always on my person. On sunny days the lens darkens almost immediately for me so that part works. It does come with silicone anti slip hooks so they don’t slide off your face. I use them because I do seem to end up with them balancing on the tip of my nose otherwise. My biggest gripe about these glasses is that the side touch buttons are so sensitive. I didn’t realize how much I touch my temples! from resting my head on my hand to playing with my hair to adjusting the glasses—I’m constantly activating some function. But I do know this is a common complaint with smart glasses in general so docking stars seems unfair there. Other than that I just wish I could see the battery level on each arm, I looked into the app and didn’t see an option there though I may have missed it (but iPhone does have a battery widget that shows the battery level but I’m pretty sure there should be two, one for each arm). Also I haven’t figured out how to successfully power this off because the instructions are different in the manual than what was on the sticker of the glasses. Either way it’s required to disconnect Bluetooth first to power so expect to deal with that. But if you use it right after you pull it off the charger and put it on the charger when you’re done I’ve noticed it handles the power on and off automatically that way. Overall for my very basic use case this is decent for the reasonable price. I can listen to music ambiently and always hear everyone and everything around me. Set up wasnt too hard but then i ran into the same issue as others on here. Only the right side audio worked. Returning. I own the big expensive brand glasses as well but cannot always use them in my workplace as they have a cam so it was nice to find one w just the audio options. Read more

They are NOT blue light glasses and they are not bone conducting. They just have a little cheap speaker at the end of the arms. Does not translate without the app and you really don’t need the glasses to use the app. The voice assistant takes very very long to respond, so you’re better off sticking with ChatGPT or Siri and the music quality is pretty crappy at best. Touch panel isn’t super sensitive so you’re kind of just there smacking your temple one to 2 to 3 times hoping something happens. these are a fun novelty for a kid if you don’t wanna commit to the price of real AI eyeglasses.
