Honestly just nothing remarkable about these glasses. Mine arrived with the arms crooked. They still fit fine, but seeing that right off the bat just shows the lack of quality control here. There is an app associated with it, but I just don’t trust those. Even though the App Store says the developer does not collect your information, the app still requires your location and access to your wireless network to unlock full functionality, so that’s not entirely true. Even without the app, I was able to pair it to my phone via Bluetooth and play music. The speakers on this are just absolutely horrible. There is literally no bass at all. It’s like listening to music in an elevator. Also, as another reviewer pointed out already, in order to turn these off, you have to unpair them from Bluetooth every single time. Such an unnecessary pain in the butt. Really, there’s nothing “smart” about these glasses. Dish out the money and buy a pair from a reliable brand. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered these because I really wanted to use the full translation features. I have employees in South America and thought these would come in handy during some upcoming calls and on trips. The glasses easily connected via Bluetooth to my phone and the music and calling features work well. These have open ear speakers so whatever you are listening to, others around you will hear. The volume adjustment works well, as does the mute. I tried using the Nebula Buds app as recommended. There was no activation code in my box so I reached out to the seller to get one. I tried several times and wasn't able to get the code to work. The Nebula Buds app wouldn't recognize that the glasses were connected. I also tried the Ear Dance app. I had better luck with this one and was able to get one of the translation features to work without binding the device or having a working code. The other translation features require the device to be bound. I got a code for this app too, but each time I tried to use it, I got an error that said illegal authorization. The glasses come with a sleeve to protect them and a charger. The look and fit work well for me, as did the transition lenses, but the frustration with the app and not being able to use the full translation services is why I rated them lower. If you want music and calls, these are great. I've used these on and off sporadically for 3 weeks and my battery still says 80% charged. Read more

These smart glasses have impressed me with their core functionality, even though the software experience could use some refinement. The photochromic lenses work excellently - they transition quickly and smoothly from clear indoors to tinted outdoors, providing genuine eye protection in varying light conditions. The audio quality is impressive for open-ear speakers, with both phone calls and music sounding clear. The Bluetooth connection to my phone has been rock solid with no dropouts, and the open-ear design is perfect for staying aware of your surroundings during cycling or hiking. The IP68 waterproof rating and secure elastic strap make them feel durable and well-built for outdoor activities. However, I have to knock off a star because the app experience is confusing and not intuitive at all. The product description mentions an app called "Ear Dance," but you actually need to download "NebulaBuds" instead, which caused some initial frustration. Once you figure that out, the app works but feels clunky compared to the quality of the hardware. For the price point, if your main priorities are excellent phone calls, music playback, and the auto-tinting lenses, these are absolutely worth it - the core technology is solid. But if they can improve the app to be more user-friendly and match the quality of the hardware, this could easily be a five-star product. As it stands, it's a strong four stars with real potential. I recently tried the TOONEWABLE AI Smart Glasses, and I found them to be a fascinating blend of technology and convenience. The audio-tint photochromic lenses are fantastic; they adjust quickly to light changes, making them perfect for all-day use, both indoors and outdoors. The Bluetooth open-ear audio provides clear sound for music and calls without blocking ambient noise, which I appreciate for safety. The real-time translation feature is innovative and incredibly useful for travel. The 8-hour battery life easily gets me through a full day. I think these are a high-tech, comfortable, and practical gadget that offers great utility beyond just standard sunglasses. Read more
