Wow, I love this bracelet so much. It looks amazing! Super stylish. The gold is a nice color and does not look cheap at all. I ordered it a couple months ago and have worn it at least 20 times - probably more. I love it *that* much. The hinge opening makes it super easy to put on - easier than most of my other bracelets - and it stays on all day with no issues. The hinge opening also makes it easy for different sizes of wrists to wear it. I have small wrists, but there is room to give if you have larger wrists. I can fit a finger between the bangle and my small wrist so it could definitely fit medium to large wrists as well. As mentioned, I have worn this bracelet A LOT and it has not tarnished at all and the hinge is still very strong. There are a couple scratches on it but that is to be expected with heavy wear, and I have not gone easy on it - have worn it to pool parties, all-nighters, bars, work, and everywhere. Read more
This is a beautiful hinged bracelet; it's very subtle and understated, but still very attractive. The gold-tone color is lovely, and it's very easy to put on and take off. It feels "weighty" and solid and fits me well, and with jewelry of this type, as long as you don't get it wet and let substances encounter the metal, it should probably last a long time. The price was just right for this item, and it comes in a cute little cardboard gift box. I would feel confident gifting this bracelet; it's highly recommended! Read more
I got this bracelet for my wife, and she really likes it. It looks great on her wrist — simple, elegant, and versatile. The size is adjustable enough to fit both smaller and slightly larger wrists comfortably, which is a nice touch. She mentioned it will pair perfectly with a set of big earrings she recently got, so it’s definitely a style win. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the packaging. It came in a basic plastic bag and didn’t look very presentable — not ideal if you're planning to give it as a gift. It arrived in good condition, but the overall appearance wasn’t what I expected. The media could not be loaded. From the day I received the bracelet I've been wearing it the vast majority of my waking hours and many of my sleeping ones too. I haven't showered with it and occasionally if I'm washing my hands up to my wrists after some caregiving activities I'll wash up my wrists as well without taking it off. That being said it's been a week now and I'm extremely impressed. The pictures I attached were from day one, but there hasn't been any change in color or functionality since then. A giant win with this bracelet is that it hasn't left any marks. Sometimes with "fashion" jewelry, bracelets included that are gold plated after some wear time the gold coating will wear off and reveal the core metal color and/or leave a greyish residue that looks terrible and feels irritating on your skin (if you know, you know). That hasn't been the case whatsoever with this bracelet and from long life experience those color stripping/grey skin mark experiences will happen within days with even half of a day of daily wear. Tied in first place with the bracelets consistancies in first-day condition, it hasn't pinched my skin even once (which I figured going in was a risk of the spring part of the bracelet). It's so comfortable I can forget I'm wearing it and/or I'll notice how nicely it sits on my wrist without being so loose it's all over the place when I move my arm, nor is it so tight that it causes any discomfort. For my wrist personally it's honestly a perfect fit. It's a true to the listing image in size and design and the clamp/spring that you can tip back to put it on/take it off I haven't had a single issue with. It hasn't diminished in its working ability and it opens up the space you need to put it on/take it off with just the right amount of give area that it's not a struggle whatsoever. I like the weight of it on my wrist and when I do take it off I'm always waiting to be able to put it back on because it's kind of calming with the tiny weight and comfortable grasp that for me is good sensory, as well as the bracelet just looks pretty in general. This bangle style bracelet has a good weight to it (it's on the heaver side) and the spring mechanism that allows you to open (and then automatically close) the bracelet works well. The spring mechanism itself is small and completely flush with the bottom of the bracelet so that it doesn't catch on clothing or other items. The spring closure is so well made in fact, that if your wear the bracelet "upside down" it merely looks like a design detail (so two different ways to wear it means two bracelets in one). WELL DONE! It's 3/4" at it very widest point (at the top), 5/8" at it widest point (at the bottom) and gracefully tapers down to 3/8" at it narrowest point. It's silky smooth to the touch at every angle as not to chaff the skin and is beautifully polished to a medium - not glaring - shine. Due to it's simple style, it can be worn alone as a stunning statement piece, or in combination with another bracelet (or bracelets) for even more impact.
