Love this mixer. The handle is a good size to grip without being so thick you can't grab it well, it is not heavy in spite of having a strong motor. The fastest speed whips egg whites in a flash, the dough hook attachments mixes natural peanut butter or almond butter right in the jar, making that chore a snap as well. I particularly like the storage design. both the beaters and the dough hooks snap into a little doodad that fits into the same slots on the mixer, so that everything is together. The form of it has a flat bottom, so that it sets completely stable on the shelf. Best design I've come across ever. The power is good, and the noise isn't excessive (why can't they make mixers that have a soft hum I'll never know), making this a top-notch choice. A full five stars. Read more

I received this mixer with a broken whisk attachment. I thought I might reach out to ask for a replacement. Aigostar Support (I had somehow got in contact with the Netherlands Aigostar support as I figured out later on) informed me that they could not send out a replacement whisk attachment, but could send an entire replacement mixer with proof of my purchase. Upon figuring out I was in the US, they remarked that they would not be able to help me, and that I should contact Amazon support. Knowing this would not likely lead to anything besides sending back the entire product, I simply welded the attachment back together. It's not pretty, but it gets the job done. Amazon links a support website for Aigostar, but Aigostar does not offer an English/USA option. Regretfully, I am monolingual, so this makes acquiring a replacement attachment seem improbable. Other than that experience, the mixer functions well. I have the same opinion as a lot of other reviewers, in the way that I believe this mixer doesn't go slow enough. It has adjustable speed settings, but all of them are quite fast. The slowest speed was almost too fast to use for beating eggs. I am almost afraid to try the dough hooks due to this. Read more

Great value! This mixer is not for the passive baker. It has a lot of power! My daughter has used it since I'd purchased it, today is my first time. The mixer and I need to find harmony. Otherwise, it's easy to hold, substantial in weight, and priced right. Read more

This thing has a ton of power, and that may be its detriment. It only has two speeds, ludicrous speed and super ludicrous speed. The first time I used it my whole house was covered in flour as I tried to mix cookie dough. Read more
