This polish surprised me. It met all of my requirements, it was quick to dry, long lasting (minimal chips at the week mark) and great color. It does require at least 2 coats 3 would be best to get the optimal holographic look. I am a "retired" manacurist, so if it's chipping, you need to apply it to properly prepped nails- that means a gentle buffer to remove all oils for the nails and a good (really good) base coat. While it does take three or four coats to get the full effect because it is a little thin, if you have the patience for it it definitely pays off! Easy to apply, super pretty, and almost mesmerizing... I couldn't stop looking at my nails while I wore this. Lots of compliments too! It didn't chip too easily, but then again I'm not doing a whole lot of exciting things with my hands lol Pretty okay size, I'd say it's about the same size as a normal bottle of polish you'd see at the store. This is super duper stinky. Like headache stinky. It’s also very sheerish. I used 4 coats to get the advertised results. It isn’t worth the stink to me. I’m returning it. I will say tho that after 4 coats, it is really cute. Read more

After seeing a friend wearing this polish, I was smitten and ordered some right away. The pros: it’s a lovely, color-shifting polish. It seems to wear well without chipping —I use a ridge filler and a clear base coat under 4 layers of polish (as this polish color seems to be less saturated than similar ones), and 2-3 layers of a clear top coat. It dries fairly quickly, and the colors shift from dark blue to teal, purple to pink, depending on your ambient lighting. The big con, for me, was something I overlooked in my enthusiasm for its colors — it’s not labeled as cruelty free, so it is likely tested on animals. There are just too many cruelty-free options in cosmetics to purchase something that doesn’t conform to that standard. Although I really like this polish, I won’t be replacing it when it runs out, or purchasing any other colors from this maker. Read more

I am getting used to this polish and have not had the problems others report. It stayed on a full week though there were a few chips after 4-5 days, which happens with other polishes too. I put 3 coats on and probably could have stopped at 2. I put 2 top coat layers which was good. The whole holographic concept takes some getting used to - it does appear to change colors in different lighting. I primarily wanted blue and that is evident most of the time. In general I like it. The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice nail polish! The colors shift beautifully and really pop in the sunlight! If you are just using this polish alone, it will take several things coats to get the coverage of a regular polish. I started with a clear base coat and then did 6 or 7 thin coats of the chameleon polish. It dries super fast, so it really didn't take long. Read more

Goes on smooth, very quick drying. Beautiful color after a few coats! Topped it with 2 coats of topcoat and so far has lasted a week with the exception of the tips wearing off a bit which happens with all polishes. Wish there were more colors! Read more
