Did not work as a portable unit only when plugged to an outlet
The humidifier would not work unless it was attached to the charger which is plugged into the electrical socket. I will not work portably which is why I bought it. I needed a portable unit. The help site was of NO use, not helpful at all. Apparently the unit is unable to charge. Read more
