Okay for Desktop Use but There Are Quieter Options
So I have several air purifiers and I'm pretty particular about them. This air purifier is good for desk only use. I wouldn't use it for anything but that. The size is very small so you're not going to move a lot of air that's why I'd say it should be limited to desk use. The purifier is easy to set up. There's nothing complicated. It includes a power cable but no plug. You can use the brick plug from your phone. The filter on this is tiny. It's so small I wonder how effective it will be over time. Where this falls short is the fan noise. The one I received is not that quiet compared to other similarly priced air purifiers. Mine has a buzzy mechanical sound coming from the fan. It works fine but it reminds me of when a fan would go bad on a computer case. Compared to an inexpensive Levoit air purifier this one is considerably louder on the lowest settings. On its own this air purifier is fine, but it falls a little short of others I own. This will get used on my desk only. I don't think this is bad, but it could certainly be a little better. Read more
