It seems to be working well and it is very quiet in the auto setting. That reassured me that the air in my home isn’t very dirty. The controls are very easy to use and the unit is fairly self-explanatory. There is not a big learning curve for use. I am disappointed with the quality of the prefilter as I’m afraid it will tear when I wash it. I can see right through it in places! Maybe I can get more of this material or a replacement. The packing list said it came with two essential oil pads but I only received one. For these two reasons I gave 4 stars on the review. Read more
