Product label calls for 4 tablets per day. I use ONE with my morning coffee. If I feel a cold coming on, I will use UP to 4 tablets over the day along with green tea, lime juice and honey. Works for me. I have been using the chewable tablets for years. Originally started use when CostcO offered them. Costco now offers other versions , which I have not tried. Read more
