These are good, BUT they need to make the bottle to fit the product, because I feel, if they decieve you on actual amount in the bottle, maybe strength of product might not be quite is what they say either. But they taste good anyway. The bottle is less than half full. Read more

Product label calls for 4 tablets per day. I use ONE with my morning coffee. If I feel a cold coming on, I will use UP to 4 tablets over the day along with green tea, lime juice and honey.
