Good for outdoor sports protective eyewear
I tried sports glasses for eye protection when playing pickleball, but one fogged up during play, the other streamed sweat down the lenses. A friend suggested I just get a pair of glasses and remove the lenses (I don't need prescription lenses when playing). I chose this brand because it looked very sturdy (it is) to withstand a paddle strike. The lenses were easy to pop out and voila, no fogging or sweat issues. I have not had a ball or paddle strike the frames yet, but I feel certain the sturdy construction will offer similar protection to any sports glasses. I chose the clear frames to be less conspicuous in appearance, but it's still a nerdy look. I am more concerned about protection than appearance. Read more
