This is a gentle and sweet smelling soap that lasts and lasts and lasts. It is moisturizing on the skin and suds up well so you can get a good lather. I enjoy these specialty soaps over more commercialized brands and this one is up there with the best. It has a good scent and one bar has lasted more than two months. The scent is lovely, and not too long lasting. i don't want soap to be something that lingers, I just want to smell it while I'm showering and maybe for a few minutes after. The lather was nice and thick ,and unlike a lot of bar soaps, didn't make my skin feel sticky or tight afterward. The bar is a little hard to handle because it's so large, but I use it on a mesh puff and that works just fine. I like the soap very much and will definitely buy it again. Read more

I have very sensitive skin and was happy to find a triple milled French soap bar as they are usually the best at moisturizing my skin without irritation. I ordered the citrus scent bar and while it had lovely lather I started getting itchy bumps on my back and abdomens, as well as extremely dry skin. Another thing I noticed was the soap bar had a petroleum smell. I had to discard it. Read more

I ordered two types, lemon verbena and Lavender. The lemon verbena is such a disappointment, the scent is virtually not there and th bar smells 'old'. The Lavender has a beautiful scent and I will definitely be reordering that scent. The soap is long life and lathers well Read more
