As 80-year olds, our former traditional bedside lamps required us to uncomfortably stretch, reach up and occasionally almost fall out of bed to simply turn on or off essential lighting. This close, convenient and easy to reach AND SIMPLY TOUCH to operate *3-way lamp*, not to mention the qwik cell phone charger for forgetful 'ole geezers, doesn't simply give us qwik and easy illumination BUT provides 3 brightness levels, any one of which is *preferable* for different needs or uses. AKASUKI Table Lamp for Bedroom, 3 Way Dimmable Touch Lamp with Dual Charging Station - This is a nice looking lamp with the shade. I liked the 3 dimming lights by touch. It charged good. - The only reason I had to replace it is because I keep a glass of water on my nightstand. In the dark, when I reached for the base of the lamp to turn it on, it was just too easy to bump into my glass. It was an accident waiting to happen. I replaced it with a lamp that is touched on the top. It's industrial looking and not as nice looking as the Akasuki lamp. - If you don't keep liquids by your bed, this is a great lamp. I absolutely love this lamp! It has so many lovely features. I can plug my charger for my phone from the base. I can touch it on the base to three different towns of light from dim to bright. It’s not very tall, but it does the job and it lights my room so I can read a book or I can turn down the light and listen to music before Falling asleep . Read more

I was really worried about buying this because it has bad reviews. This is exactly what I was looking for. I’ll be moving to a temporary “house” in a metal building with no windows. I will have my desk immediately upon entering. I wanted to have a night light to keep on while I’m working and in the night time. A lot of the bad reviews said it was impossible to get out of the box. I’m wondering if it had anything to do with delivery and the box being dented somewhere? Mine was fitted in the box but I definitely didn’t have a problem pulling it out though I can see how a dent or something could’ve affected it. It has multiple light settings and the plugs work for me. If you’re expecting a 25 inch lamp, you’re in the wrong place. This is a cute little lamp but it’s not going to light an entire room, so don’t expect that. It’s just what I was looking for. Read more

It works. It’s smaller than I thought. You do have to tap it several times for the lights to come up and come on. It’s replacing a similar lamp that worked great. This one’s just OK. But it is small and looks sleek on the bureau but I am sorry I spent close to $20 on it. I’m past the return time so I can’t return it. My fault. I haven’t tested the USB ports so I hope they work.
