Customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever encountered. Not only is the product exceptional, so is their customer service. I bought 2 of these based off of the reviews and glad I did! They work wonderfully and the airflow is great, even being 12 feet across the room. They are quiet and work just as the product description says. They took just a few minutes to put together and the remote works well!! One of the fan’s didn’t come with the remote so I contacted the company and they worked to get me the remote immediately. They consistently reached out by email to find out if it arrived yet . When the remote got delayed in shipping, they sent me another fan FREE OF CHARGE to apologize for my inconvenience. The remote ended up arriving eventually, by no fault of theirs. We don’t experience customer service like this today. Don’t think twice about this fan.
