Customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever encountered. Not only is the product exceptional, so is their customer service. I bought 2 of these based off of the reviews and glad I did! They work wonderfully and the airflow is great, even being 12 feet across the room. They are quiet and work just as the product description says. They took just a few minutes to put together and the remote works well!! One of the fan’s didn’t come with the remote so I contacted the company and they worked to get me the remote immediately. They consistently reached out by email to find out if it arrived yet . When the remote got delayed in shipping, they sent me another fan FREE OF CHARGE to apologize for my inconvenience. The remote ended up arriving eventually, by no fault of theirs. We don’t experience customer service like this today. Don’t think twice about this fan. This fan is very nice! Oscillates 85 degrees so its perfect for a corner. I put mine up on an end table at work, and it is perfect for circulating airflow. I am so happy with this fan. Read more

Didn't not receive a remote control and screws to screw the bottom on to the tower. The noise level is better than most fans such as a box fan etc... I'm pleased that everything works on the fan but disappointed that I didn't receive the remote and the screws. Read more

The original order had incorrect base pieces and was missing the screws necessary to assemble. I notified their customer service and they immediately shipped out a replacement. You cannot ask for better customer service, they were notified of the problem and fixed the problem. Well done AKIRES! The fan itself does just what I wanted it for, it is small enough to fit under a countertop and move air through the kitchen. Completely out of the way AND it has an automatic shutoff.
