I bought this plug because my friend recommended it - I haven't tried silicone plugs, but I wanted something that had some weight, looked good in pictures, and was easy to clean. However, I want to send a warning to anyone with a BIGGER THAN NORMAL BUTT (specifically, if you consider yourself "larger in the rear" as I do) - the rhinestone, even though it's not so big, is very uncomfortable when walking. The circle with the rhinestone scrapes against your butt cheeks each time you take a step and made long-term wearing impossible for me. However, the rigidity of the base makes it a little uncomfortable for beginners with larger butts and wearing long-term. Overall, the product is great!
