This is a great product. I am so more relaxed after using it and my eyes regain clarity and strength. I got it because my eye doctor said that my eye glands were not working the best so he prescribed eye drops and recommended heat compress for the eyes each day to help get the eye glands working better. This unit provides the heat I needed and with the bonus of air bag massage that works well. At first the only problem I had with this unit was where it rests on the bridge of my nose. It was a bit uncomfortable but after a few uses it wasn't bad at all. The audio loop could be better. The sound bite is nice but very short, not even an entire song but peaceful all the same. The sound quality it self is not great either but I was not expecting BOSE level quality any how. I'm not sure how well the Bluetooth works since I have not used that function yet. I'm very sensitive sleeper. i always have to wear eye mask when i sleep cause even with curtains in my room light still coming through between the window and curtains and it really bothers me in the morning. this eye mask is so soft and i love adjustable sting on the back. it doesn't give any pressure on my eyes and nicely blocking the light in the morning. the best part is it is sooooooo comfortable. so i bought one more for my boyfriends and one for the guest for extra. highly recommend! The media could not be loaded. Well the video stopped when I tried to turn on the music streaming portion. But the video does walk through each setting and comfort level. It appears that each mode allows for music if paired correctly. And only automatic mode seems to not have heat if you don't want any heat. I love that you can open your eyes to enjoy the heat or leave your eyes closed, it is up to you. But the eye sockets allow me to change music and adjust the volume from my phone and it is the first eye massager that allows me to see. My few small complaints would be although the strap is sturdy and easy to adjust and locks in place, bc I have thin super silky hair, I felt as the massaging features were working, it was sliding down my head/face a little. My workaround was either lay back a little or like me I tied my hair so it rests on that in the back for added support. The other con is my face from ear to ear is about 11 inches and I did feel it never was fully flush against my face. The ample padding around the eyes makes it super comfy but I could still feel it was not fully pressed against my face and maybe bc I have a small bridge on my nose but that's my experience with it. The heat is very warm and comforting and the different modes allows you to experience different levels of massaging intensity. I love that I can listen to music on any mode. The charging cord requires USB port capabilities and is about 39 to 40 inches long. Please read the instructions manual for operation. Last con is the manual only tells you it has 4 modes and the names but doesn't tell you what each mode encompasses so you will just need to figure that out or watch my video for some notes. It also has smart features which I was impressed with like when charging vs fully charged; flashing to solid light indicator. It also has automatic switch off after 15 mins. To operate hold down for about 2 seconds to turn on/off and single press to go from Automatic, Clear, Sleep then Smart modes. This is a very cool looking eye care massager. I cannot sleep with any light coming in and because I have a dog I have to keep my door open so he can get out to use the bathroom. Its very comfortable to wear and it doesnt hold germs. One of the reasons silk masks and pillows are great! Read more

Very nice and relaxing. The speaker has no volume that I can find. You can't hear it over the sound of the mechanism which is not very loud at all. I have to use my phone speaker for music instead. I use the headset several times a day for the massage and heat. Other than the speaker I really like them. Highly recommend these for stress relief of eyes and life! Read more

We found the instructions lacking and confusing. The user manual was not helpful at all. My wife found the mask uncomfortable and the heat insufficient to help her blepharitis. We have another Alaska Bear product and like it. This one just didn’t work for us. Read more
