These replacement brush heads are a great budget-friendly alternative to the name brand. They fit my Oral-B handle without any issues and clean just as well for everyday use. The pricing can't be beat on this 20-pack (the Oral B brand is often approximately $10 for two toothbrush heads). These generic power tips and ortho heads work very effectively. I'm an adult in braces the second time around, 40 years after the first time. I wish these products had been available when I was a teenager! I can't ever go back to manual toothbrushes! The only two issues, and they are minor, are 1) heads fit very snugly on the electric toothbrush base and you really have to pull to get them off, at least with mine (I have an Oral B Braun). The other is that the power tips tend to wear out quickly, but that might be due to the fact that I have braces right now and I have to use the power tips aggressively to fit around the appliances. I'll test that aspect again when I'm done with the orthodontia. This is the second 20-pack I've bought (bought the first pack May 2017 when I had the braces put on). works great on all my teeth including implants. Cleans in between. My dentist said it was necessary fthat I get and use these, especially since have some implants. Gets in between all crevices, where your regular toothbrush cant. Oh, and the price is fab. Oral B costs a bundle. These do not. Read more

This review is mostly for the pointier brush heads than the round ones, they helped brushed underneath the brackets and into the teeth easier - I discovered this unfortunately at a later stage of my orth journey, so I had plagued buildup mostly on the 3-4 bottom front teeth at every check ups due to them being smaller in size and most round brushes are too big to get through! But once I found these and used the pointer brushes it was a game changer!!!! My ortho even asked if I went to my GP for a clean up before seeing him and I told him it was all thank to certain toothbrush shape!!! I urge anyone with braces to get these as they will help with check up and lessen buildups!!! However, on the other end of the dental care, my parents have receding gum so they have fairly large triangular spaces in between each tooth - this also helps clean in between those as the regular bristles again being too large to sufficiently clean in between those crevices!! the price is relatively cheaper in comparison to other brush replacement products. However, the quality is really bad, I have to replace it literally every other week. In addition, it does not clean as effectively as other toothbrush head. Certainly will not recommended this product, but only if you think it is a cheaper alternative. Read more
