This item is defective! When I twist the cap to unlock it and spray it, when I push down to spray it, the cap doesn't go down and it gets stuck. It won't spray. I'd like to get a refund on this item Read more

Hands-down the BEST sunscreen

will not spray out!!
could not get it to spray out!! Yes I had it unlocked, and it's not the first spray on sun screen. but with it on a table and my thumb on the button and my other hand pushing down on my thumb I got it to spray for about 1\2 of a second but could never get it to spray again.
