I really need to learn to trust reviews, I read multiple reviews, saying that people had received this necklace with the poly pocket, lock it chipped, but I had more faith in both Amazon and Alex and Ani, which apparently I should not have had. The item I received had multiple chips in the locket, and the lock itself does not even open. In fact, it looks as though someone else must have received this item 1st and tried to pry it open, leaving multiple scratch marks on it. The quality of this item honestly feels like something I would’ve purchased at Walmart, not an Alex and Ani product. Read more
It’s cute! Locket is difficult to open, the chain holding the doll seems to tangle and kink each time I get it out. The outside of the locket has 3 blue streaks on it.
