My mom has always been a tiny lady. But as she is getting older, she is shrinking. She is now teeny tiny. Pants that are not too long or way too short are hard to find. But Alfred Dunner has them!!! Plus my mom loves the fabric. She says they feel like dressy pants but are very comfortable. She loves the slash pockets on the sides. I like the quality of the fabric, however they don't fit my usual size. I'm always a 12 petite however theses are to narrow around hips. Because of this I wouldn't purchase again. Read more

I have been wearing these slacks for many years and they have always been very comfortable; however, I noticed in the past year or so, the manufacturer is using less fabric in the manufacturing of these pants. Many manufacturers are doing this now in order to increase their profit. I've heard many people complain about it and the sales personnel in department stores are aware of this because of numerous complaints from customers. It's happening in upscale department stores as well, not only in slacks, but also in shirts, sweaters, coats, etc. What used to be a size 12 in this style is now a size 10 and so on. I have several pairs of slacks in this style from past years and if you compare past years' size 12 to this year's size 12, there is a big difference. I'm sure it's the same for all sizes. Read more
