Why did you pick this product vs others?: As someone who went into early onset osteoporosis in my forties and suffered a few major fractures as a result, I incorporated Algaecal bone builder as part of my daily regimen and two years later my bone density improved to the point that I now have osteopenia, and am almost normal in my lumbar spine numbers, which were initially the worst!
