really does work. got the bone density scans to prove it. gone thru actional, and every other brand over the years and this is the first that has revered it. I do take a 500mg L-lysine every day for pain so this may be be some help too. Read more

Incredible improvement in my bone density
Why did you pick this product vs others?: As someone who went into early onset osteoporosis in my forties and suffered a few major fractures as a result, I incorporated Algaecal bone builder as part of my daily regimen and two years later my bone density improved to the point that I now have osteopenia, and am almost normal in my lumbar spine numbers, which were initially the worst! I don’t know how much of that to attribute to algaecal versus the other interventions, but I’ll absolutely be keeping on with it indefinitely. Read more
