Warm for short trips

I’ve given these boots a month of wear before reviewing. I’ve worn them on a normal, mid 60s day, in 10* with snowfall, -0, and 35* with 6” on the ground. Each time I wore them with merino wool socks. I’ve learned these are perfect for “house to car” and “car to restaurant” trips. My feet never got cold or wet. However, standing in -0 for 10 minutes waiting for a cab, my toes were cold! Walking around in and out of about 6” of snow for over an hour, my toes got cold again. I will continue to wear them, they are comfortable and cute. They just will not be my go-to boot when I’m spending a significant amount of time outside. Read more

Pro:. Soft and beautiful, wide toe compartment Con: size runs short unless they sent the wrong size, but No where on the boot or package is the size marked. So who knows what size of the boot is. I wear a size 7 but because I wanted to be able to wear heavy wool socks, I ordered a whole size larger. I put them on and was surprised to find that my toes were touching the end of the boot. I cant believe the boots are a size 8 based on fit. I would say that they may have sent me the wrong size. Read more
