This could be in many ways the best discounted set of titles I have ever seen. The first four films include for each film the original theatrical release as well as the Unrated or Director's Version. How in the world is that possible for $25? We have Ridley Scott for three films as well as James Cameron, David Fincher and Jean-Pierre Jeunet for one each. The enormous surprise here for me is Alien3 has its original edition which doesn't get David Fincher's name but it is clearly his more amazing cut. It almost survives like a 'The Magnificent Ambersons' film as in the version that was not released is so far away from the original that it comes through like a new film. Unlike Welles' 'Ambersons' though, we thankfully have it and it shows so much why we need to keep ALL artists work intact. The transfers are all more than we should expect. There are generally few extras on the set, but the inclusion of Cameron's Directors Cut of 'Aliens' and Fincher's remarkable 'Alien3' make the set a complete bargain. Read more

Bought the collection and later cancelled the order after not seeing the special edition of aliens advertised in the packaging until I looked at the photos and saw someone showcase the option to watch the special edition for aliens. Collections good overall but please show that the special edition of aliens is part of the collection before anyone else buys Read more

Purchased the Alien 6 film Blu-ray collection & Alien Romulus recently after watching predator vs aliens. Never been an Alien fan, just saw bits and parts on tv. Xenomorphs are scary af 🥹😂🤣 I’ve become a fan though recently of both Predator & Aliens so that’s good! The 6 Alien film collection looks different from the listing, I was expecting a slipcover box to house the Blu-rays, but it’s just the amaray case. Each film gets its own disc, and digital copies included. I was thinking the digital copies were expired but I managed to redeem every movie. You’ll need to use Movies Anywhere, but you can sync your movies to Prime, iTunes, VUDU, and Google Play. Very pleased with my purchase. Alien Romulus came with a slipcover, surprised to get a slipcover, because usually those are for first time buyers. So now I have all of the main films and spinoffs on home media. If you’re a fan of Aliens 👽 and looking to buy all the films get the 6 film collection. It would cost loads more to buy each film individually. Highly recommended 👍🏼 Read more
