I was using my finger nails to pop the invaslyn braces out. But after a couple of weeks, my nails were splitting and breaking from trying to get underneath the braces. I bought some kind of little pick tool that didn't work at all. But these work great. I just put the tip under the edge of braces and pull up. They pop right out.
