Is it gentle? Yes, does it work and gets everything clean? Yes. I only give it a 4 because even though it has a good smell it can be a bit too much, I feel like it is too fruity or something so it makes me a bit dizzy sometimes, so if you are looking for a baby soap that smells good and keeps on smelling for forever and you like a fruity smell this is for you, if you have a sensitive nose, maybe get something different.
