I do like these, but I could do with a little less wedgie. These ride very low. They barely reach the top of my pants, and I wear my pants a little low. If I try to match up the briefs to the same height of my pants, I get a wedgie. Albeit a soft one. I prefer this one over another pair I have purchased in the past (same brand and style), because this is longer. At the bottom of each leg, there is a ring of material sewn into them, that prevent the leg from riding up. It sticks to your leg, feels weird at first, but after wearing them for ten minutes, it goes away, I don’t notice it anymore. These have a horizontal fly, which is the only way a fly should ever be. I started wearing horizontal fly underwear for at least a year now, I will never go back to the older style fly. This brand did not invent it, it has been around for a short while. My question is why did it take so long for this to be implemented? You shouldn’t need to perform jujitsu to get the fly open enough to use a urinal. Top fly it is like “BAM”, so easy to draw it out and put it away. The pouch is good, I prefer pouches over traditional briefs, because it is just way more comfortable, and a lot less fidgeting, especially I when it is hot outside. However, if you start to “grow” at all, you’ll want to exit the pouch, or it will feel jammed. Overall, this is a good, well made boxer brief. I do think the cost is too much. VERY COMFORTABLE (aside from the slight wedgie) For this price, it should come with 2. This material never lasts long. I have had too many boxer briefs of the same material, not last more than 20 washes. I hope that this will out perform those other 30$ boxer briefs. Fingers crossed.. I do recommend these certainly. I am a fan of the All Citizens boxer briefs, and the Elite version definitely upholds my satisfaction (as well as the other things). These Elite version briefs are very similar to the Re:Luxe version in that the legs are long, they have a wide no-roll waist band, and breathable mesh between the legs and the pouch. What makes the Elite version different from the Re:Luxe briefs is that the Elite version has a band of rubberized material at the bottom of each leg. The rubberized material holds the legs in place preventing them from riding up. I can attest that it works, and it is not at all uncomfortable. I did not even feel it, and I had no trouble whatsoever with ride-up. As I said, I'm a fan of the All Citizens boxer briefs. This is my 8th pair, and my collection includes the Amazon-exclusive 3-pack (best price), 4 pairs of Re:Luxe (my favorites), and now this pair of Elite. All of the All Citizens boxer briefs are well made using a very soft material. The horizontal fly works great with the pouch, and allows quick access when nature calls. Sure, you are "jumping the wall" when you go, so to speak, but the wall is much lower than the waistband. The main reason I like the pouch design is for when I'm out playing sports. The pouch provides separation of the twig and berries from the crotch area and thus more breathability. I think that sweat is reduced, and whatever sweat there is gets absorbed into the briefs material rather than transferred to your outer wear. Sure, the brand is pricier than what I used to get, but I'll be sticking with them. I have tried many name brands and off brands, including W&S, PlusJoy, Fabletics, Separatec, Pair of Thieves, MeUndies, True Religion, Exportfolio, Marino, Haines, Gildan, Kirkland, and more, in my search for the best boxer briefs. While all of the brands mentioned are perfectly fine and well made (most are still in my service), I have settled on All Citizens as my brand of choice going forward. Read more

The title is the main complaint here. I have several pairs of the normal version of the All Citizen boxer brief with pouch, and they're great apart from having shorter legs than I prefer. This came up in my Vine recommendations to check out, and I jumped at the chance. In most ways, these are just a longer version of those existing boxer briefs, which is great. The little rubber retaining bit is take it or leave it for me (a boxer brief should generally be snug enough the legs won't ride up excessively, but a little added security isn't a problem), but the big thing for me is the sizing isn't consistent. I wear the extra large in the non-long leg versions and it's a good fit. In the long legs, though, the extra large is notably a bit too large, which is a bummer for me but a win for you because I can give the advice that if you have experience with the non-long leg version of these, consider sizing down if the standard version is a good fit (if they're snug, then you might be fine keeping the same size). Other than the sizing issues, though, no complaints. The quality is solid, the pouch is quite nice (if you've never had boxer briefs with a ball pouch, try it out, it's an improvement), and they're a better value than the podcast advertising brands like Tommy John or MeUndies, etc. Cheaping out on underwear isn't ideal, but it's also not needed to be a crazy luxury product either. These are a solid value. Read more
